Bianca Lee is a sound artist and certified sound therapy practitioner specializing in the functional use of sound to support stress regulation, focus, and recovery in high-performance environments.

She is the founder of Culture of Calm, where she works with organizations to integrate sound-based experiences into the flow of the workday — helping teams reset, refocus, and reconnect.

Her work draws from sound therapy, trauma-informed facilitation, and nervous system research, and has been featured at Toronto Pearson International Airport, The Royal Ontario Museum, and with organizations such as Disney, Marvel Studios, and Porsche.
